 Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited on campus.

 A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to appear for sessional and end-semester examinations.

 Entry for two-wheelers without a helmet is strictly prohibited on the premises.

 The use of pan-masala, cigarettes, Biri, Gutkha, etc., is strictly prohibited on campus.

 All students and staff members are required to submit their blood group information in their respective departments.

 Internal Assessment: Students are advised that internal marks will be calculated based on sessional performance, assignments, and class participation.

 Library Resources: The central library is now equipped with e-learning resources; students can contact the librarian to collect their digital login credentials.

 Fee Submission: To avoid late fines, ensure all semester tuition fees are cleared before the start of the mid-semester examinations.

 I-Card Policy: It is mandatory for all students and staff to visibly wear their College Identity Cards at all times while on the campus premises.

 Anti-Drug Policy: The college maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy toward the possession or consumption of any illegal substances on campus.

 Placement Drive: All final-year students are requested to update their CVs and profiles on the Training & Placement portal for upcoming campus interviews.

 Training Workshops: Registration is now open for the upcoming Soft Skills & Personality Development workshop; certificates will be provided upon completion.

 Alumni Connect: We invite our alumni to register on the SVGI Alumni Portal to stay connected with their alma mater and mentor current students.

 Contact Information: Students must update their current mobile numbers and email addresses at the administrative office to ensure they receive official SMS alerts and notifications.

 Grievance Redressal: For any academic or campus-related concerns, students may submit their queries via the Online Grievance Portal available on the website.
