7. Medical fitness certificate by competent authority.
8. Blood Group Card
9. Domicile Certificate in original (For verification)
10. Cast Certificate in original (For verification)
11. Income Certificate (If Father/Guardian income is below 2 lakh)
12. Gap Certificate in original (if applicable) not more then 4 year.
13. Passport size colour photographs. [10 no.]
14. Aadhar Card in original for verification.
15. Pan Card Parents/Student in Original for verification.
16. Rank Card/ allotment letter of state entrance examination
